• ID Card Number
• Input with the ID Card Number, if you do not have an ID card, the ID Card Number can be found on the Family Card.

• Family Card Number
• Input with the Family Card Number.

• The number you want to register/unregister/check registration status.

The legal basis for prepaid card registration is stipulated in the Minister of Communication and Information Regulation Number 14 of 2017 concerning Amendments to the Minister of Communication and Information Regulation Number 12 of 2016.
